If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we'll send you a refund, less shipping and handling fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Product and would like a refund:

  1. Within 30 days of placing your order, contact customer service by calling (888) 600-4317 or emailing info@Brain-Armor.com.
  2. Be sure to include your name, email, mailing address and order number if you have it.
  3. Customer service will contact you to confirm the request and refund the purchase amount to your credit card, less shipping and handling fees.

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit and you wish to receive a replacement:

  1. Contact customer service by calling (888) 600-4317 or emailing info@Brain-Armor.com.
  2. Customer service may request that the product be returned or that you send an image of the damaged goods to support product replacement.
  3. Once we have confirmed the request, we will send replacement product using standard shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • When your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes package tracking information and the carrier or method of transport.
  • If your order is delayed, please track the package with the carrier using the information provided.
  • If you encounter any delivery issues that are not resolved by the carrier or you have difficulty tracking the package, please contact our Customer Service Group for assistance by calling (888) 600-4317 or emailing info@Brain-Armor.com.

Return Policy Details

In order to process a return, you must supply us with your:

  • name
  • email
  • mailing address
  • order number

If you provide incomplete or incorrect information, your refund may be delayed.

  • Refunds will be processed immediately but may take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement (depending on the card issuer).
  • Shipping and handling are not refundable.
  • Brain Armor Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in Brain Armor Inc.’s judgment, requests a refund in bad faith.
